Started an account but didn’t finish and now it’s trying to tie with the actual one I paid for

  So, I started to join wordpress but, didn’t finish or follow through with it and I decided to go with a hosting program and everything is set up but, it’s saying my email address is tied to this account that I started but didn’t finish and because of that I cannot activate some of my plugins that are paid for!! I cannot delete the account because it’s tied to the one I purchased and could initially wipe that out! I hadn’t finished with that other one so everytime I try to set a plugin up it stops it and tries to connect it to that other one. So I had to do a password reset since I hadn’t even set one up just to get into that one to try and delete it but it’s an account because I had to do that and this is frustrating. Now I cannot do the things I actually needed to do!!
