Started an import yesterday, it's still going and nothing has been brought over

  How can I restart the import process? It won’t let me try again

  Hi there,

  Are you seeing any error messages when you try and import the file?

  I have reset the importer, please try again and let me know how you get on.

  No, I didn’t see any errors when I imported. Everything was normal except nothing showed up, but I tried again and it’s working now. Thanks!

  Great, I’m glad to hear it worked this time :) It sounds like the importer got stuck during the previous import.
