Started with one theme, switched themes, but still have the same default content

Title. I started with a theme “Quadrat Black” but didn’t realize it was for blogs / podcasts and didn’t like the look of it once I started to fiddle around with it. I changed to a different theme “Orvis”, however, the Quadrat Black templates were not deleted and replaced by Orvis templates, and so everything looks very ugly and out of place. How can I fix things to start with the generic Orvis template?

We can reset your site to use Orvis’s content, but this will result in all existing content being deleted, including any content you created.
