Starter Plan Refund

I take starter plan but I feel this plan is not good for me so I just cancel plan but i cannot get full refund. I buy plan at 3 jan. now when I show my statement it shows me to cut 1920 on jan 3rd 19.2 DCC Markup and 3.46 as GST. I also check there is one more transaction about 1920 on 4th jan. I buy plan only one time but it cut my money 2 times and not refunded yet. Please solve this transaction relented issues as soon as possible.

The transaction you see that took place on the 4th of January is likely the refund, as that’s when you canceled, and a refund was issued from our end.

Please contact your bank if you have any questions about the refund.
