Starter plan refund

Hello, I have contacted through the Help Center via Email, but I am not sure where I can get the response. Does the reply come through my e-mail address registered in my profile? I am asking for support here again.
1. Refund confirmation
I canceled my starter plan but the screen that shows me about the refund didn’t show up after I clicked “Cancel”. I followed the steps of this page https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/ and I have definetely checked that the link says “Cancel”, not “Remove”. I canceled the plan within the refundable period which is 14 days. I also cannot find the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing. I want to make sure if I am getting the refund.
2. Domain Issue
I canceled my starter plan to use another wordpress hosting site and to connect the domain to the new website. I figured that if I cancel the plan, the domain will no longer be available and I might lose it because it was included free in the plan at first. So I decided to renew my domain purchase before canceling the plan, and then canceled the plan after. I paid for 1 year domain access and now the subscription became until 2026 which is 2 years left. Here I figured that my canceled plan would not be refunded because the free 1 year domain didn’t disappear.
In conclusion, I just want my Starter plan refunded and I only need my domain subscription. Please Help!!!
