Starter templates doesn’t work

    After updating starters template, on WordPress, the plugin no longer works

    Hi there!

    Could you share more about which plugin are you referring to? If the issues you face started after updating a theme, you should be able to restore your site if your host supports this option or if you have a backups plugin.

    That being said, I see your site is hosted with OVH rather than WordPress.com so I can only share some general guidelines and recommendations since we’re not able to access the site. Take into account that by migrating your site with us you can enjoy our hands-on specialized WordPress support which could further help you with situations like this one (since automatic backups are included in-house with our hosting) and way more.

    I installed wordpress and installed Starter Templates and when I click “Get Started” on the plugin it give me an error message stating “page does not exist”.
