starter templates not show

  Hi, We have a site with astra template, I have installed the starter templates from Brainstorm Force but when I tried to view the templates, d’ont show anyone.
  Can you help to solve it?

  We can’t help with third party themes. You must contact Astra support to solve this problem yourself

  Hi, I have tested with other themes and the problem remains the same, I suppose it´s not a problem of the theme.
