Starter Templates plug in is not importing sites

  Starter Templates plug in is not importing sites. Normally its a very easy process. After I download the starter templates plug in and go to the library is choose a template that I like and it imports the template to my site. With my new site I choose a template and the screen just goes blank and does not import.
