I want a start a blog to make money on my own domain name that I currently own. Do you do the hosting? how much would this cost?
How much would it be to have none of your ads, only my own ads that make me money, for you to host the site with my own domain name?

Blogger initaited advertising is not allowed on free hosted WordPress.com blog at all. The fact you and I have domains is entirely irrelevant. There is no upgrade you can purchase form WordPress.com that allows you to run ads on any blog being free hosted by WordPress.com. If you wish to have your own ads then you will have to hire a web host and set up a WordPress.org install. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
