Starting a blog – questions

    Hi, i want to start my own blog (i want to creat a place where i can put my own thought, and why not, to share them with others).
    I dont know anything at all about this so maybe some help of you will be handy :)).
    People told me for that you need a domain first ( i saw that i can buy one from WordPress.com) and then i can start usig wordpress, instaling it from C-Panel, and more… i just wanted to ask if its hard, do i need someone to suport me? like to hire someone to take care of my blog? or its easy enought to do it myself? Are there any kind of hard parts in the way? i mean its a blog right?
