Starting a free site—won't load

  I’m trying to start a free website, but every time I’ve tried I get stuck on a loading page that says “planning the next chess move.” I’ve let it sit, refreshed, tried again, etc over a couple days, but I never get past that screen. Is there anything I should try to move forward in the process?

  Hello,

  I searched here in the Forum about this error and put here the suggestions that I found:
  1) Make sure your browser is up to date (if not, please update)
  2) Try using another browser;
  3) Try to clear the cache;

  Thank you! I’d updated the browser but I hadn’t tried clearing the cache; that did it!
