Starting a new blog using previous name

  I want to start a new blog but using part of my domain name. My blog title is JerseyGirlAsia2022. How do I start a new blog ? And I think I got the new blog on my site but an old picture as the header is still on the new blog. How do I get rid of it and have a new blog with no picture as header. Thanks for your help

  Hey there, you could register https://jerseygirlasia2022.wordpress.com/ if you wanted to, but it sounds like you maybe already the new site started. Do you want to rename it to that? If so, please do this instead of creating a new site:
  https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

  Once you’ve got that, update us here with the proper link and we’ll help you sort out how to change the header.

  Oh I should add too, if you have your own domain you bought elsewhere, you can certainly add that to your site with our paid plans. Here’s how:
