Starting a New Blog with Existing Account

  How do I start a new blog with an existing account? I have already paid for the Professional Bundle, and I purchased a premium theme (these do show up in my billing history); however, when I try to start a new blog, I am redirected to the signup page, which wants me to pay again. Thank you.

  Clarification: I had a blog previously under my account, but requested all content and the link to be deleted. Am attempting to start a new blog with the account I have already paid for, with the theme I have already paid for; however, when I try to do that, it redirects to the signup page and is requesting payment again for the Professional Bundle, and the premium theme I paid for is not showing up in my account. Thank you.
