starting a new site

  I have my domain and it is live. I would like to build a new wordpress based site then kill the other one and replace with this new one. How do I build and only publish when it is completed?

  Hi @joclynstone,

  You can start building your website here with a free WordPress.com domain name and when you’re ready you can transfer or map your old domain name to your new WordPress.com website.

  While building your new blog you can set it to private until you’re ready with it to prevent Google from indexing it before it’s ready.
