  Is it possible to explore a theme to see how WordPress website setup works and what I can do with it before I set a domain name?

  Hi there!

  You can start with a free site and use the free .wordpress.com subdomain. With that, however, you won’t be able to check the Premium themes.
  In any case, remember that you can purchase any plan you’d like to try and, if you’re not happy, you can cancel and obtain a refund within the first 30 days. Bear in mind that if you register a custom domain, you could only opt for a full refund during the first 96 hours. After that time, we could only refund the cost of the plan minus the cost of the domain.
