  I’ve seen good reviews about WordPress. I had a website years ago and wondering if you can build my website from photos I’ve taken from my prior website and also set me up with an email address that mimics the website. Can you help me?

  If you have a paid upgrade on your WordPress.com site, you’ll also have access to direct support via LiveChat and email, depending on your upgrade plan, but you will still be the one to implement any changes on your site.
