  I want to delete all content from my site, keep the heading and start again

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can easily clear your site of all content by following the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  If you prefer, staff can also do it for you, but please note that if staff clears your site it cannot be reversed.

  If you want staff to delete your content for you, please confirm in a reply to this thread and add the tag “modlook” in the tags area. Then make sure you’re subscribed to the thread and be patient while waiting for a reply.

  Yet when I search on Safari using http://apm42.wordpress.com i keep getting the blog.

  Yes, you haven’t deleted the blog, only the content, as you stated in your original request.

  Deleting the blog is entirely a different process. Deleting the blog will remove the URL http://apm42.wordpress.com/ from the internet and it will be gone forever, meaning not even you will ever be able to use it again. Even then it will still appear in Google for a few weeks until Google updates their cache. Only then will it disappear completely.

  To delete your blog you must be logged in under the exact same username with which you created it. To prevent accidental deletion there will be multiple warnings that it cannot be reversed and you will have to click on a link in a confirmation email before your site will be deleted. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  I repeat: if you do this your blog will be completely gone forever. You won’t even have the address left, so only do this if you’re very sure that’s what you want to do. Consider just setting the blog to private. That way it will still be there if you later decide you want to use it again: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  You’re welcome. Note your blog will still show up in Google search results for a while, but no one will be able to access it except for you and only if you’re logged in.
