Starting all over again.

  I tried wordpress a couple of years back…it was far to hard for me to follow. So, I did a little and quit using it. Id like to erase everything and start over, however, I do not want to start by taking on a monthly hosting fee. With Covid-19 spending $$ is OVER, LoL…Any ideas?

  Yes, hosting with WordPress.com is absolutely free – so you can still use the site you created free of charge. You only pay if you decide you want additional features for you site via the various paid plans available:

  http://wordpress.com/plans

  If you want to start over on that site, support page can assist you in this process.
  If you have tons of content on your blog, we can do it for you, but you can accomplish clearing your site fairly easily with bulk actions whenever you’re ready.

  Are you wanting your theme reverted to its original layout as well? If so, I can go ahead and empty the site and reset the theme for you.
