    Good afternoon!
    I’m Di, one of your new users and it is my intention to become one of your frequented bloggers.
    I already know what I want to write about and my first piece is ready to be publish.
    My idea is sharing my stories based on real events and inspiring people with what I’ve learnt. Creating a community where people freely express themselves, be whoever they are.
    I also intend to make money out of this passion and I would like to know, how is it that you’re going to help me when I have some doubts. Via email, phone call (I live in Portugal), Video call?
    I am asking this because I know very little and I want to learn as much as possible.

    That generally depends on your plan, phone support is not offered on WordPress.com at all. Email chat is available to all users with a paid upgrade, and live chat to all users with a paid plan. Concierge support is exclusive to the Business Plan.

    Of course, you’re always welcome to use this forum, where an issue rarely goes unresolved as staff are willing to help.
