Starting my account

    Previously, when I was running for school board, I had a free WordPress account, ‘Vote4Fox.’
    I am now running for Congress. I have already purchased from Google the domain name, ‘Fox4America’ and I purchased the professional Website package from WordPress.
    I am having trouble getting this new account started with WordPress. Initially when I tried to enter ‘fox4America’ it said it was taken (yeah, by me). Then when I tried to transfer my google account to WordPress, it said I could not transfer the account to Word Press until 11/11 (but I need to use it now). So, I am now trying to create the site on WordPress and have it directed from google to there, but it keeps asking me to pick a plan and pay–which I already did several weeks ago. I hope someone on the public forum can help me, However, since I paid for a plan with bells and whistles, I don’t understand why WordPress does not provide me a help number so that one of their paid experts can walk me through starting-up my website. Does anyone have a help number for WordPress? Thanks!

    It looks like there might be some confusion here. I do not see any plan purchased under the account from which you’re contacting us from.

    Please check the emails we sent you when your account was upgraded and log in with the email address that was used there.

    Alternatively, let us know the address of the site you created here – we’ll have a look and advise.
