I started writing my first blog on a page but found the space was limited. Is it??
Also, I don’t know what to do next about setting up so when others find it they can post (I would review posts before publicizing them). Will someone help… Thanks much.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, the Free Plan is limited to 3GB storage. That might not sound like a lot, but it’s lasted half a decade for me, and is quite a bit! Upgrading to a plan increases storage limit:
Personal – 6GB
Premium – 13GB
Business – UnlimitedYou can also not upload files larger than 1GB. https://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/

What exactly do you mean the space was limited? There should be not limit to the amount of text you can add to a new post. (Technically the limit is around 4GB, but that’s War and Peace several times over, and you’re probably not planning on publishing a post that long :) )

To clarify here, do you mean you want others to be able to publish posts on your site, or to comment on posts you’ve published? To allow others to publish posts on your site, you need to first add them as users. If you want to be able to review all posts before they’re published, you need to add them at the Contributor level.
