Starting new blog

I started a new blog using part of my other blog name. It came up but on an older blog . If I delete this will it wipe out the old blog? And how do I get started on new blog? Do I have to completely change my blog name?

The blog name was dreyway7. And then for each new blog I started I made a more specific title based on where I was traveling to. I thought it made it easier for my friends to get it.
But the new title I am trying to start up before I leave on my next trip is JerseyGirlAsia2022.
Hope this is not confusing and somehow this new title got attached to one of my older blogs. Trying to figure out how to get the new title off the old blog and start a fresh one.
Also do I need to include the dreyway7 as well to get blog on and started, yikes hope I can get some help! -

It looks like you changed the site title on the site: http://dreyway7.wordpress.com/ – this can be altered, without deleting the site via Appearance > Customize > Site Identity.
It looks like you’re looking to work with https://jerseygirladventuresinsoutheastasia.wordpress.com/ going forward – is that right?

Yes the site title was that. And I added a specific location for each new travel trip. I am going on a new trip so I wanted to use JerseyGirlAsia2022. It would be easier for people to get on than the long title I used in the past.
So here are the issues I need help with.
1. How to set up the new blog and what should the title be.
2. I tried to get started but my title was put on an old blog.
3. I want to use JerseyGirlAsia2022 but it is now attached to an old one. How can I change this without deleting the old blog.
Yikes I hope this makes sense I am leaving on the 30th and would love to get this all in order. Thanks -

If you want JerseyGirlAsia2022.WordPress.com – it’s possible to change the site address of https://jerseygirladventuresinsoutheastasia.wordpress.com/ as per these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-site-address/
Or, you can create an additional site on the account.

I see that, to change this please go to: https://dreyway7.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php > Site Identity > change title > Save changes.
3. I want to use JerseyGirlAsia2022 but it is now attached to an old one. How can I change this without deleting the old blog.
Follow points 1 and 2 and then 3 will be achieved. :)
