Starting New Blog and transferring from Blooger

    I am sorry, I really need a lot of help. I started a new blog, but, as you can see, the title I gave it is too long, and I can’t work out how to change it. Would it be better to delete the new one and start again? And if so, how do I delete it?
    The other problem was that I was trying to transfer my blogs from Blogger, and although I have tried to follow the instructions, and have created a .xml file of one of the blogs, the system would then not allow me to import from Blogger.
    I am sorry, but I think I need to start from scratch, with some VERY SIMPLE instructions!!!
