I’m not clear on what you are asking. You currently have a site running a free theme. These are the free themes https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/free/
These are premium ie. paid themes https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/premium/
All premium themes are individually priced and there are no premium themes included in the premium upgrade. Only the business upgrade has premium themes included in it.
There are no monthly payment plans. All billing is annual. We must pay for all upgrades in full for a 1 year subscription at the time of purchase.
We have different plans: free, personal, premium and business. All hosting is free regardless of which plan you choose.
In order to remove the .wordpress.com URL and replace that with a domain URL you have to add a plan Add a plan for your site here: http://store.wordpress.com/plans/ and purchase an upgrade. See https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Make sure you read the comparison very closely do you know exactly what the restrictions and limitations on WordPress.COM blogging are: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Important Notes Before Upgrading http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#important-notes-before-upgradingWhat domain mapping does is providing a seamless redirect to the very same content under the new domain URL when a person clicks the old URL to the original content. It can take up to 72 hours for domain propagation to take place throughout the internet but it doesn’t usually take that long.
All fees are clearly stated on the plans and pricing pages. There are no monthly payment plans. We are billed annually and pay in full for every upgrade at the time of purchase for a one year subscription.
All methods of payment are here https://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/
You can view all wp plan features here https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Note that each upgrade bundle applies to a single blog only and is for a single year only when it is due to be renewed.
