What is the difference between business plan and e-commerce plan? Which is more beneficial for seo friendly and customisation?

Although it’s possible to run an online store on the business plan, the ecommerce plan comes with additional plugins which you may/may not need depending on what you’re selling, and who you intend to sell to. When it comes to SEO, the plan would have no baring on the site as you can look to upload a plugin like Yoast to help configure pages and posts to be more SEO friendly. This guide here explains more on what’s possible: https://en.support.wordpress.com/seo/
With customisation, this is also the same, but also comes down to the theme in use – out of curiosity, what are you aiming for, for your website? Is there a website out there you’re looking to emulate?
