    Hello!

    I’m trying to decide if we want to make the switch from a dreamweaver based website to WordPress. I was trying to play around with a free site but realized I needed to upgrade for the plug-ins, which is probably the biggest decider for switching over. I was wondering if the premium plan would allow downloading plug-ins? Do you have a cancellation policy for partial payment if we find this is not right for us?

    Hi hbirkhahn, I’m sorry we missed this earlier.

    The Premium plan does not allow outside plugins, but it does have quite a few plugin features built in. If you’ll let us know what features you need, we can confirm whether they’re available here already.

    For plugins, though, you would either need our Business plan, or you could install and maintain your own copy of WordPress.org with another host. We just wouldn’t be managing and supporting it for you.
