  MY friend is trying to set up a wordpress account. IT has been three days but no activation email, so we asked for another one to be sent. There is still no email. Other emails are getting through from elsewhere but not this one? I am stumped because mine worked instantly?

  Has your friend checked their spam folder? Depending on their email service, it may be getting sent to spam.

  You can also add certain senders to a ‘safe sender list.’ Here’s an article about doing it for gmail. If your friend uses something else, it will probably be pretty easy to google.
