starting out with a trial free blog

    Hi, I paid for a year of wordpress.org via Bluehost to do a blog, but may drop that and would like to try wordpress.com via your free offer to see if I like that better. How do I do that? (I believe I just signed up for wordpress.com but cant figure out how to launch it with your free 2 week offer) Thanks!

    Hi there!

    I’m not sure what is the 2-week offer you mentioned, here, on WordPress.com, you can either create a free site or you can sign up to one of our paid plans.

    In fact, you can purchase any plan you’d like to try and, if you’re not happy, you can cancel and obtain a refund within the first 30 days. The exception would be if you register a custom domain, you could only opt for a full refund during the first 96 hours. After that time, we would only refund the cost of the plan minus the cost of the domain.

    To launch your site for free just make sure you’re using a free subdomain (like .wordpress.com one).
