  Hi there. I just started trying some stuff with wordpress but want to start over completely (keeping the domain name). I just can’t figure out how to do it.

  Sure thing. Just to confirm, if I clear the site, all content, even images and comments, will be gone. We won’t be able to get it back. Can you confirm whether you’d like us to go ahead and empty the site anyway?

  And, do you want sample content added or not so much?

  Lastly, so we’re sure we’re both talking about the same site, will resend a link?

  Sure thing — I’m running that now.

  You’ll want to note we don’t add demo content for the Blank Canvas theme, since it’s really pretty blank on the demo site as well.

  But if you want demo content to work with, you can add a few pages and posts:

  https://wordpress.com/post

  You can choose templates for pages, and for posts, you’re welcome to use Patterns:
  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/block-pattern/

  Change up the text and images as you’d like, and remove any sections you don’t want.

  And once you have a few pages and posts, we also have full site editing if you’d like to have more control over the site’s layout:
