Starting Over

I would like to start from scratch since I have not used the site for quite some time. I had come across a page that listed a number of options: Change Site Address, Start Over and Delete Site – I have been unable to find this page again. I clicked on Start Over and the Contact Support button which brought me to the forum.
I had previously tried to delete my old posts without success. Also, I have 3 sites and would like to delete 2 of them.
And, can I change my user name without losing my site address?Thank you for your help!

However, I will need you to confirm that you understand that this is a permanent action. Once deleted, posts/pages/media/etc cannot be recovered.

If you would like to delete your WordPress.com site, there are options and instructions for doing so here:
Please bear in mind that once deleted, that site’s WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might want to choose one of the other options listed on the the page linked above.

Issue 1 – I do not want to delete the site with this URL. What I had come across was an option to “Start Over” (which I cannot find again). This option states:
“If you want a site but don’t want any of the posts and pages you have now, our support team can delete your posts, pages, media, and comments for you.
This will keep your site and URL active, but give you a fresh start on your content creation. Just contact us to have your current content cleared out.” I had previously tried to delete my old posts without success.
Issue 2 – Also. I have 3 sites, 2 of them under a different URL which I do want to delete. Can I do so without losing the first site / URL?
Issue 3 – Can I change my username?

Hi @roksolanab, yeah, you can go ahead and delete the other two sites, so long as you didn’t need anything that’s on them. Or if you might want to use the names later, you can just make them private.
