How can I delete my profile? I wanted to restart my blog website and I’m not sure how to get rid of my profile to start over.

Deleting a site will cause a complete loss of all content and you will not be able to use the site name ever again.
You can delete all content from your site by yourself, following the steps here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
Staff can empty the whole site for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, and you are OK with waiting then type modlook into the tags in the sidebar of this thread for Staff attention and post again to this thread to confirm what blog you want emptied and that you understand this is not reversible!
Finally, if you are talking about deleting your account, that cannot be done. Please see this article for more about your options.

So on my profile, the web name I want is still on my profile, but not working. I think I deleted it? I chose the option to start over, but not sure what’s going on?? I need that name for my ministry, is there anyway for you guys to restore that name back to me to use??

I do see that the site says it was deleted. Deleted sites are not recoverable. Also, a deleted site name can not be reused. walkwithwomen.wordpress.com can not be used anymore.
