  To start over with an empty site (keeping the same URL), you have two options. One is the DIY approach, outlined at https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/#emptying-your-site-the-diy-method where you empty out the various areas of content.

  If you wish to have the site emptied automatically as outlined at https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/#emptying-your-site-the-diy-method please enter the tag modlook in the tag box and a Staff Member will respond to assist you.
