  Hi there, you can restore your theme’s demo content (with the option of replacing your existing content) by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/themes/add-demo-content/

  If you’d rather just have your site completely emptied, with no demo content, we can do that, but please reply with the URL of the site you’d like emptied as confirmation.
