  I would like to start over my site kevinmaharjanphotos.wordpress.com. Would you please remove all the contents from it.

  You can empty the site by following these instructions –
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  But if you want someone from the staff to empty the site for you, then you can add the modlook tag to the tags area on the right side and someone from the staff will help you :)
