  Hi, I’d like to start over with my website but keep the URL. I was told to contact support about it. Any help would be great, thanks!

The Empty Site support page outlines a DIY method, with links to the relevant sections of various support pages regarding deleting various types of content. If that isn’t for you, then you may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention.
