  Here’s the guide for removing all of the content on your site so you can start over: http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  If you’d rather have a WordPress.com staff member do this, please confirm which site you want cleared and add “modlook” to the tags section in this forum thread.

  Hello @lncexx,
  If you are the owner of http://lncexx.wordpress.com/, then you can empty your site to delete all your contents and start over using the same blog/site address.

  And yes, as @micawbr said…
  You can also have this done by a WordPress staff member by using the modlook tag.
