Starting over!!!

I recently started publishing to my site. I am just about ready to give up. I never give up. I have become so flustered with trying to figure out the who, what, when, where, and how of setting this thing up.
I was doing pretty well and then I went to check out what the START OVER button was about, to which I learned pretty quickly, it erased everything I had done. I can’t afford to pay for a yearly upgrade, yet.
Some help, human help would be wonderful. Any ideas?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is curious. Are you referring to the link to “Clear your content” at https://wordpress.com/settings/general/ ? For me that leads to https://wordpress.com/settings/start-over/ with links to either clear my own site content or contact Staff for assistance. I don’t know of a one-click Start Over button. Where did you see/find this? Thanks.

Are there specific aspects of your site that you find particularly frustrating or unclear, and that the page staff-frank recommended doesn’t help clarify for you? Perhaps we can assist you with specific challenges?
Regarding the site content that you inadvertently deleted, this page might be helpful: Recover a post or page using Google’s cache
It looks like your site still exists, although without any content. On the off chance that you didn’t delete your site content completely, check if your deleted content is in your site’s Trash. Here is a link about how to do this: Restoring from trash
In the meantime, I’ve tagged this thread for a Happiness Engineer to take a look. If the suggestions above don’t work, they may be able to help you retrieve your deleted content.

@littlemama54 How many posts had you actually written that you believe have been erased? There is a “Recent posts” widget displaying on your “About” and “Contact” pages from where you can reach a few posts. That widget isn’t showing on your Home page.

As @justjennifer mentioned, I wanted to see what you were referring to when you said start over. I see in your history that you deleted three pages recently, and all of them can still be retrieved. Let me know if that is what you are referring to, and I can assist you in recovering those pages. Otherwise, let us know what content you are trying to recover, and we’d be happy to assist.
