How do I delete my old website and start over?

Thank you! This explains a lot. I’m assuming I can’t delete the website because it is in the process of being transferred from Blue Host to Host Gator…. lost in cyber space. And, I wasn’t aware of the “2 Word Presses” I’m learning a lot! Thanks again for the help :)
