Starting over

Hi there, I’ve been having a lot of trouble with my site. I can’t get it to change labels and the categories are wonky, making the site hard to navigate. I’m assuming I did something wrong in the setup even though I followed the directions I received. I decided that starting over would be the best way to fix my mistakes, but I can’t get the site to delete its content so I can start over. Can you please help me?

Thanks for confirming your site address. Due to how many blog posts you have already I’m not sure I would recommend a reset, since it will mean all content you have now will be lost.
If I can ask, what is the issue you are having regarding this? I’m not sure I fully understood:

We don’t use the term “label” so are you referring to your blog categories and/or tags? I don’t see that you have assigned any categories to your current blog posts, so can you tell me a bit more about what you are trying to set up or how it “should” look if it were set up correctly?

I think I may have fixed it, which is weird since I’ve been trying to fix it for over a year.
I can see that my description is utterly unhelpful, sorry. What my problem was, or maybe still is since I seem completely inept, that the categories menu was mislabeled, making it very hard for my viewers to find my content. I ended up having two different ways to get to different pages, but the other way to get to them didn’t show all the posts, only the most recent. Although I had changed the categories menu name in my settings and the name change was in the preview, it wouldn’t publish to the site.
I figured resetting the entire thing would allow me to make my site easier to navigate.
Yesterday I was playing around in the menus section in the admin location and now it looks like the categories menu is completely gone, which I think I’m OK with. I am concerned that it will revert back to what wasn’t working as soon as I add menus for different pages or if I decide to reinsert a categories menu.I have all my content backed up and don’t mind taking the time to start over because I’m beginning to think that it’ll actually take up less of my time in the long run. However, I’m more than open to taking advice from someone who knows more than me.
