Starting over with a new theme

Hi, I posted my question in the forum over a week ago, but haven’t had any feedback yet. I’ve started a new site & would like to start from scratch again, a clean slate, but I can’t seem to remove changes I’ve made – media I’ve added etc. – these are automatically input into the different themes I choose. Can anyone help, please?

If you really want to start out Tabula Rasa (empty slate) then you truly have to empty the site out before starting with a new site and theme. Follow the instructions here to wipe out all your prior content:

Switching themes used to be cleanly done. Now, however, when you try activate multiple themes there can be residual stuff from the previous themes that Staff have to remove.
If you empty the content you created and have any theme leftovers type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up and they will use a tool to reset the theme for you. That would be great thanks, but it’s for the new website I’m trying to setup – bushbabyonboard – NOT the parent website which I’ve had setup for a few years now & which I’m messaging you from, so not for tashtravels. Thanks for your help

Hi Dave, there are a few words & some media I’d like emptied for bushbabyonboard please as every time I apply a new theme it uses the media & the words so it’s not a fresh start & it’s annoying as it messes up the look of the original template. Thanks
