Starting over with the blog

    I would like to completely refresh my blog and give it an entirely new subject. Currently I use it to post personals views and opinions. I would like to post my artwork instead (since i paint a lot) and write the story behind each of my paintings

    Hi there,

    Please note that once you empty your site, the data cannot be recovered again. So please be very sure before you want to empty the site.

    There are two ways you can empty your site.

    You can empty your site yourself. This is a quicker way to do it. You can check this page on instructions on how to do it yourself here ..

    Alternatively, you can ask a staff member to empty the site for you. They can remove all your data, posts, categories, pages, images, tags, files. It may take some time for the staff to get to this and clear your content. If you ok to wait and rather have the staff do this for you, please type “modlook” in the tags in the sidebar of this thread. Someone from the staff will soon address this for you.

    Please be sure to confirm the blog url you want to empty and also that you understand that that once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered

    Note : Please note that the after deleting your site you will still see some of your site content come up in Google or Bing search results. This is because the indexed content SERPs (search engine page results) is not deleted. Google and Bing clear their cache only in 3-6 months.

    To completely remove an entire page from Google search results after it produces a 404 (page not found):

    I can help you with that.

    However, I will need you to confirm that you understand that this is a permanent action. Once deleted, posts/pages/media/etc cannot be recovered.

    Yes I would like to remove all content. But if i am right ,the site address and account stays, right ? I just want posts, comments, pages and such media to be removed

    That is correct. The URL and your account are not changed. The content is just deleted.
