I added premium to my blog to early. I added it at while I was at http://www.inkpaperstudio.wordpress.com. I have updated my domain and my blog should now be http://www.inkpaperstudio.com…without the wordpress in the address bar. How can I ensure that my premium upgrade moves with my domain?
Are there any email options available such as (email visible only to moderators and staff)?
Also, I gather there is no phone support available? I am getting frustrated with the lack of help and assistance.

There is no domain mapping upgrade for inkpaperstudio.com. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping.

What type of “Premium” did you buy?

I was not aware I had caps lock on. Please excuse my yelling. It was not intentional. I have a confirmation from Paypal that I paid for the premium service on 11/15/13. After my PP confirmation, I never got any further information from WordPress. What am I missing? (again, sorry for the yelling….)

WordPress.com does not have phone support. These forums are a collaborative work including us volunteers and staff.
We volunteers can answer many of the usual questions, but we do need some specific details about the problem you are having. From what I understand it sounds like your domain mapping is not working.
Please post here again if you need help with that.

The package upgrades are a multi-step process. Not everyone uses all the parts of a Package Upgrade.
If you want to register a domain name that is done after you buy the package – some people come here and buy the $99.- / yr package but already have their own domain name, so it is an option. The same with Domain Mapping, not everyone wants Domain Mapping so it also is another step after you buy the package. There is a credit in the system for each of those items, so when you get to checkout you don’t need to pay anything extra.
If somehow you are charged extra, the staff here are real good about fixing those things.
