  Hi, each time I sign in wordpress, it invite me to start my blog. But I don’t want to make a blog, I’d like to make a website. What shall I do?

  A blog is a website. A wordpress blog is your website. If meaning you want to start from scratch pure HTML/CSS and build a website from the ground-up you have to purchase a premium upgrade to be able to do total customization.
