Startup theme

New at this. Want to create a site for a condominium complex with only few options. Lots of PDF file to share, an email account, security section for board members only. No blogs, not selling anything mostly static data but not dead data. Does anyone know of a theme for such a site. Oh, very tight budget which is why a dummy is attempting to do this on their own.

What theme you use is irrelevant – a theme just controls how your site looks, not how it works.

Uploading and embedding of PDF documents are possible on free WordPress.com sites:

security section for board members only
If you want certain content on the site to be accessible to some users only, you’ll need a membership plugin, and plugins can only be used on WordPress.com on our Business Plan.
