  Hi WordPress. Or who does their chatting.  Yesterday, 6 April, 2020, I chatted with you or someone else in the department. I complained that I did not want a renewal – and ror the information you sent me it was plain the domain would expire on 5 April, 2020 – but you took money from my account and renewed anyway. So, the person there said they will cancel my domain (folkartsgathering.wordpress) immediately and refund me my subscription cost $66.00.
  This isn’t rocket science. You can do it while eating a sandwich –  one-handed. So, why is my refund?. We are getting hungry on this side. You’ve taken food from our mouths.Sincerely, John Coffman

  A refund usually takes 5 to 10 days. Some banks need more time.

  we have already canceled and refunded your subscriptions just as you asked during the chat.
  As @staartmees mentioned, it may take up to 10 days for the fund to reach you, but the refund has been already processed on our end.
