  Hello,

  Graphic diagrams disappeared (destroyed) from WordPress.com stats. I mean this is because of pop-up windows. I am a comp amateur. Zoran, Serbia

  Hi there, we definitely haven’t removed the graphical elements from our stats, but it’s possible that something in your browser is blocking them.

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  Please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser if it is not.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you and which browser (and version) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  Hi, thank you for the prompt answer.
  First, I have opened your site in Chrome, and everything is OKAY. The next step, I will delete Mozilla and install the same again. If there is no change, I will, on the basis of your letter, ask some of IT Ingeneurs. This is the end of my comp knowledge.

  Done! Firefox was deleted and install the same. The site is running correctly.
