stat transfer from wp.co to wp.org

please how do i transfer all my stat from wp.com to wp.org, i have installed the jetpack on my site
old site jennybugsdotnet.wordpress.com
the new site is jennybugs.net

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank you! I already moved some of my subscribers but it wont let me move the ones from my facebook and twitter, can you help with that as well?
