  How do I get a copy of all 2017 payments I have made to WP.

  Also how do I change the tel number you have on file?

  Hi there!

  I don’t see any subscriptions on the account from which you’re writing us. If you’re talking about the site ianmacrae.com, it’s not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Dotster.com.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
