  Hello I am looking for a way to build a static page that does not scroll but that shows 1) a full screen background picture 2) a website title + subtitle 3) menu in the upper right corner to the blog page and other pages

  Hi,

  To build a static page you will use the site customizer and select the static page option. You can do this with a new page or with a page you have already created. You can read more about it here.

  You can also create a custom menu. There may be some examples of what you are looking for in the Custom Menus Guide.

  Hopefully this will help get you started!

  Yes, thanks! I managed to do it but the page still scrolls and and I want this to stop. Is it possible?

  Is it scrolling to posts that you don’t want to show up, or is your main image too big for the screen so you have to scroll to see all of it?

  it is scrolling, the image is not too big.
