Static Front page

  I am in the process of overhauling my static front page to promote a more professional appearance to my Site. I have chosen a new theme, however my page still has a number of ‘comments’ on it which I would like to remove. I have now turned off the comments, but the existing comments remain. Can you tell me how I can get them off my front page.

  From the classic wp-admin dashboard you can remove those comments as the site owner: https://leonieandrews.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php
